Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was sent

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Open coffee bags
  • Used coffee equipment
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@plantationcafexroastery.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@plantationcafexroastery.com.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@plantationcafexroastery.com
