We ship our coffee beans and products via:

• Kerry Express
• Thailand Post (EMS)
• Flash Express

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Coffee beans are roasted fresh twice a week (Tuesday and Friday), so orders may be held until the next roasting day to ensure maximum freshness.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
• Upcountry: 2-4 business days
• Remote areas: 3-5 business days

4. Shipping Rates

• Orders over ฿1,000: FREE shipping
• Orders under ฿1,000: ฿50-80 depending on location

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

6. Packaging

Our coffee beans are packaged in high-quality, resealable bags with one-way valves to preserve freshness. All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Thailand. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@plantationcafexroastery.com.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
